This multipurpose conference room is situated on the lobby level of the University of Adelaide Village is equipped with the following:

- Access to the University intranet.
- Ability to deliver University audio and internet technology through ITS.
- Fully equipped kitchen

- Access to University printing, copying and scanning services on site.

The University of Adelaide Village conference room offers a warm, comfortable and affordable off campus meeting environment for staff and students of the University.
Access to the fully equipped kitchen in the conference room offers the opportunity for meetings to be self catered although catering packages are available upon request.
The University of Adelaide Village is accessible to North Terrace campus and just a short walk to pubs, cafés and restaurants in Chinatown and the Gouger Street precinct.

NB. Please note that overnight accommodation and parking is not available onsite.
Terms and Conditions
- The University of Adelaide Conference room can only be booked by a University of Adelaide student or staff member.
- All booking requests are subject to availability.
- All catering requirements and final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first day of the event.
- Alcohol is not permitted to be served or consumed within the premise unless prior written consent is obtained from The University of Adelaide Village.
- The University of Adelaide Conference room is only available at the following times:
Day Available Hours Monday - Friday 0800 hrs - 1600hrs Saturday 0800 hrs - 1200hrs Sunday Not available for hire - All catering requirements and final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first day of the event.
- To confirm a conference booking clients are required to return a signed copy of the Conference Booking Form to The University of Adelaide Village together with full payment for the event a minimum of 72 hours prior to the date booked.
These funds will not be refunded under any circumstances including a cancellation, change in numbers or postponement. - All remaining charges are to be settled prior to or on the first day of the event prior to access to the conference room being authorised. These charges must also be settled by credit card, as it is a policy of The University of Adelaide Village to accept cash or cheques on site.
