Commercial Student Accommodation
Commercial student accommodation refers to purpose built student accommodation facilities, situated off campus and managed by private management companies.
These facilities offer fully furnished, self contained apartments with an opportunity to live alone or share with others in a student community. In some cases, students will need to budget for the cost of utilities in
addition to rent. Such expenses may include:
- Gas
- Electricity
- Telephone connection (optional)
- Internet connection (optional)
Accommodation places in commercial student accommodation facilities are offered on a 6 or 12 month fixed term lease agreement.
It is important to note that these facilities are not directly affiliated with The University of Adelaide and students are advised to inspect before securing accommodation in a commercial student accommodation facility.
Bookings and enquiries should be made directly with the commercial student accommodation facility of interest.
