Rental Database

This facility is for the exclusive use students enrolled at the University of Adelaide.

The Rental Database provides students with a direct referral to property owners, managers and tenants offering accommodation to University students.

Search the Rental Database

Access the database using your University username and password from home, around campus or in the Accommodation Service Centre.

Use the database search results to establish your preferred type of accommodation, location, to set yourself a realistic rental budget or find suitable rental accommodation.

List Your Property

The Rental Database provides property owners, managers and tenants with direct access to University of Adelaide students looking for accommodation. Log in as a guest and create a rental notice that will first be approved by Accommodation Service staff then posted online.

Terms and Conditions of Listing

• The posting of your accommodation notice is subject to approval by the accommodation officer. Please endeavor to supply as much information as possible describing the accommodation offered, your preferences and a preferred contact method.
• The University is not a real estate agent therefore we do not charge a letting fee nor can we provide advice on appropriate rent or property valuations. This information should be established prior to listing your property on the Rental Database.
• Property owners, managers and tenants remain responsible for arranging suitable inspection times, processing applications, lodging bonds and entering into legal tenancy agreements as required in compliance with the rules and regulations set out by the Residential Tenancies Act of 1995.
• The University of Adelaide will not accept responsibility or liability for any breach of contract arrangements agreed to by a student who is referred to a property owner, manager or tenant via the Rental Database.

• Listings will only be accepted from submissions made online. Property owners, managers and tenants are invited to submit their listing online at the Accommodation Service with the assistance of our Service Team. Hard copy listing forms are no longer available.
• Listings must include full details of landlord name, address and property being advertised including street numbers.
• Adjustments to listings willnot be made over the phone. To delete or advise of changes please email the Accommodation Service quoting a reference number, property address and a contact phone number with a description of the required change.
• Listings will be automatically deleted from the Rental Database after a period of fourteen days. Listing may be renewed for a further fourteen days by email to the Accommodation Service.
• Property owners, managers and tenants are advised to email the Accommodation Service to advise when their listing is no longer available.
