CITI Townhouse – Prices 2008

The University's lease arrangements at Citi Townhouse will expire on 30 June 2009. Accommodation is available for one semester only from 1 January 2009 until 30 June 2009 as outlined in the following table.

Please note: the following fees represent a cost per person for one semester of accommodation.

Administration Fee (non-refundable)	$125.00

The accommodation fee includes:

fully furnished bedroom and townhouse
monthly charges for electricity, water and gas.

Students are responsible for:

the cost of connecting a telephone, call costs and phone rental charges
connection to a commercial Internet provider from their room (optional)

Payment of Accommodation Fees

In 2009 accommodation fees for Citi Townhouse can be paid in three instalments throughout the semester. Due dates are listed below:

Study Abroad, Study Exchange and students beginning their academic program in a PEP or Degree Transfer program are required to prepay their accommodation fees in full prior to arrival.
