offering a wide range of accommodation options with capacity for 403 students.

Situated in the vibrant West End of Adelaide's Central Business District, the Village offers independent
living in a supervised environment. Students may choose to live in a fully furnished townhouse or apartment.
The Village is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides a safe and supportive environment with
a focus on fostering a strong sense of student community.
Living at the Village allows students to build the perfect platform for academic success with the
extra services and facilities provided within the facility being particularly useful to first year undergraduate
students and new arrivals to Adelaide.

Exceptional Facilities |

A hotel style lobby and welcoming reception area is staffed by University personnel 24 hours a
day, seven days per week. Also available on the ground floor is a fully equipped computer room with printing
facilities to assist in preparing assignments and research.
When its time to relax and make new friends, the fully furnished student lounge offers a number of
recreational options for residents to share. These include a pool table, table-tennis table, Xbox, wide
screen television, DVD player and stereo.

The University of Adelaide Village is specifically designed to create an independent living environment,
conducive to academic success while maintaining a strong focus on student well being. The resident
leadership commitee works in conjunction with staff to provide regular social events and the professional
and friendly staff are available to assist residents with access to academic assistance and counselling. |

Choose to live with others in a fully furnished 4-storey townhouse, or a 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom apartment with
views of central Adelaide or the Adelaide hills.

Security |

The personal security of Village residents is one of the University's highest priorities.
Access into the Village is by use of a resident identification card. Closed circuit TV cameras and after-hours
security ensure a safe environment. A shuttle bus from the University to the Village operates after-hours.
