The accommodation fee includes:

Fully furnished bedroom and townhouse/apartment.
Electricity, water and gas monthly charges.
Connected telephone and phone line rental charges.
Free connection to University Internet from an in room high speed data point.

Students are responsible for:

The cost of telephone calls.
Connection to a commercial Internet provider (optional).
Students will also need to budget for other costs such as food and entertainment.

Payment of Accommodation Fees

Accommodation fees can be paid in six instalments throughout the year. Due dates are listed below:

Sixth	30 September

Study Abroad, Study Exchange and students beginning their academic program in a PEP or Degree Transfer program are required to prepay their accommodation fees in full prior to arrival.
