All townhouses and apartments have been designed to create a comfortable living area with appropriate separation of bedrooms from kitchen, bathroom and shared living rooms.
Self-catering
Fully equipped kitchens contain:

- Electric hot plates
- Microwave oven
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Dishwasher
- Stainless steel double sink
- Kettle and toaster.
Bedrooms
Comfortable bedrooms include:
- Single bed and mattress
- Bedside table
- Wardrobe with hanging space
- Study desk with three drawers, task light and chair
- Pin board
- Telephone
- Access to the University computer network.
Other Furnishings
Each townhouse and apartment features:
- A storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, ironing board and iron, mop and bucket
- Living/dining areas with dining table and chairs, couches and coffee table
- Tiled bathrooms with shower, toilet, basin, and mirror fixtures
- Carpets and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Linen
Residents can either provide their own linen or purchase a linen pack for $120 including:
- Two bedsheets
- Mattress protector
- Light-weight doona and cover
- Pillow and pillowcase
- Bath towel.
Please advise us prior to arrival if you require a linen pack and one will be provided upon check-in.
Internet Access
All bedrooms have access to the University computer network with applicable Internet download quotas.
The following competitive package is available for students to subscribe to an external Internet Service Provider.

High speed Internet from $39 per month (incl. GST)
- Vill@geNet enables students to utilise the Internet every day, for one fixed price.
- Vill@geNet is unique to the residents of the Village.
- Vill@geNet gives you one, two or three months access with download/upload speeds of 2Mb/512Kb - 10GB Usage. Downloading of metered data beyond the 10GB download quota will result in your speed (upload and download) being reduced to 64Kb per second until the end of your charging period.
Definitions: MB = Megabyte. GB = Gigabyte. 1 Gigabyte = 1,000 Megabytes
