	Exclusive to University of Adelaide Students The accommodation offered on The University of Adelaide Floor of Residence at Urbanest is made available exclusively to students of the University through a commercial lease agreement and as such the University remains accountable for its students experience whilst in residence on this floor.

	Location Urbanest is situated on North Terrace about ten minutes walk to campus and within easy reach of Rundle Mall shopping mall and Adelaide train station and a tram stop across the road.

Students are required to contact the Accommodation Service to inspect or apply for a place on the University of Adelaide Floor of Residence at Urbanest. Check in services are conducted for new residents by the Accommodation Service team between the hours of 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday and students are advised to adjust their travel arrangements accordingly.
