About the program
The Professional Certificate in Arbitration will provide you with the knowledge and an appreciation of commercial arbitration and its role within the Australian legal system.
The course is designed for completion in two parts over two university semesters. The Introduction to Arbitration course is offered from March to June, and Advanced Arbitration from July to October.
Introduction to Arbitration introduces the concepts, frameworks and practice of commercial arbitration as a form of dispute determination, while Advanced Arbitration provides a greater depth of the understanding, knowledge and skills needed to determine arbitration outcomes.
