The majority of materials for the Professional Certificate will be available online via MyUni.

The recommended text for the 2012 program is Commercial Arbitration Australia 1st Edition, Doug Jones, Thomson Reuters 2011and is available for purchase through other book sellers prior to course commencement.

Additional Course Materials

Due to an administrative error, there were some anomalies in the price and content of the additional learning resources for Professional Certificate in Arbitration sold through PCE. The price of the Additional Course Materials was previously advertised on our website and in our application form at a cost of $300 (or $150 for IAMA Members).

‘A Guide to Arbitration Practice in Australia’ (2006) (which formed part of the Additional Course Materials) will now be provided at no cost to all students undertaking the Professional Certificate in Arbitration at The University of Adelaide in 2012.

The remaining Additional Course Materials will now be made available to students for purchase at a cost of $170 (or $150 for IAMA Members). For further details see Course Materials.

"A Guide to Arbitration Practice in Australia" published 2006 is not longer available for purchase.
