How long will the study take?
We anticipate the accrual phase of the study to take up to four years (December 2014); this will be reviewed as the study progresses.
Our centre only manages a few women with pregnancies complicated by red cell alloimmunisation each year.
Should we get involved?
Research studies examining infrequent pregnancy complications require a large number of centres to be involved.
Every single women entered into the study contributes to the total and moves us closer to completion.
Is there funding for the study?
The study is funded by an Australian National Health and Medical Research Centre project grant, centres will be paid per woman randomised into the study.
