We provide direct assistance through our Commercial Accelerator Scheme and we are also the gateway to interactions with Venture Capital providers, including the Trans Tasman Commercialisation Fund - which is dedicated to funding technology opportunities from the University of Adelaide and its other participants.  | Trans Tasman Commercialisation Fund
$30 million over 5 years This collaborative venture aims to capture university research & take it towards commercialisation, creating successful spin out companies that in turn create economic opportunities, competitiveness and growth regionally and nationally. The Fund provides a new source of pre-seed capital to support agreed projects from inception to the point where they can be commercialised. The participating Institutions include: The University of Auckland, Monash University, Flinders University, University of South Australia and The University of Adelaide. |

$2 million over 3 years This fund, launched in August 2007 by Adelaide Research & Innovation, aims to make more research projects investment ready. It will address a recognised gap in funding known as the 'valley of death' between traditional research funding and venture capital. |
