Venture Capital Funding

Venture capital is a type of private equity capital typically provided by professional, outside investors in the early stages of development of a technology or idea, to achieve the milestones necessary to commercialise the research outcomes.

ARI assist University of Adelaide researchers to identify, evaluate and apply to appropriate commercial funding programs for their research. As a matter of University policy, any potential dealings involving venture capital or other share or option deals need to be first referred to ARI.
