The team at Adelaide Research & Innovation are here to help researchers at the University of Adelaide with all their IP related needs. ARI is directly funded by the University to provide these services, which means neither you nor your School are charged a fee for the services we provide.

All income generated through commercial activities is fed back to the University and its researchers, with the margin fed back to the area that generated the income, helping you to sustain your research and other activities.

ARI’s team can assist you to identify partnering opportunities, establish the most appropriate means to protect your intellectual property, and take care of the business end of the transaction to ensure the University's requirements are met. We are here to take care of all the formalities surrounding your commercial activity, and ensure your IP interests are taken of so you are not taken advantage of. Contracting through ARI will provide you access to the University’s insurance policy cover, and will enable you to focus on doing what you do and like doing best – your research.
