There are many cases where a specific area of the University needs to show their name alongside the University logo.
To make sure a clear and consistent approach is used, logo signatures have been developed. The logo signatures are based on the University's organisational structure, with three classifications:

Tier 2 signatures include areas that fall within a Tier 1 classification. Examples include:
The University's controlled entities (e.g. ARI Pty Ltd) also fall within this classification.
Due to their need for clear identification for purposes of grant applications, funding and accountability reporting, research centres are also recognised through logo signatures.
