- Council has delegated the power to approve minor changes to the Academic
Program Rules to the Executive Deans of Faculties.
- Council has delegated the power to specify syllabuses to the Head of each department or centre concerned,
such syllabuses to be subject to approval by the Faculty or by the Executive Dean
on behalf of the Faculty.
