Strategic Thinking and Planning
Ready…FIRE!... Aim… Sometimes, we fire before we’ve made sure of our aim.
Strategic thinking helps you figure out exactly what to do to reach your target. It clarifies whether you’re ‘doing the right thing’, to achieve the results you want. Strategic thinking makes you more effective. Once you know exactly what you’re doing and why, strategic planning helps you get it done. It ensures you’re ‘doing things right’ –using your resources to be most efficient.
In this program you will learn to make your work both more effective and efficient, so then it’s Ready…Aim!…Fire!
