Structuring your Thesis: From Design to Writing

Designed to build on the paper writing skills developed through Ron Smernik’s Writing Groups in the School of Agriculture Food and Wine (AFW), this workshop focuses on effective options for structuring a thesis in fields relevant to AFW students.

Structuring your Thesis: From Design to Writing. CaRST Credit 4 hours. D: Engagement, Influence and Impact

We will analyse recent successful examples, with a focus on strategies for creating a coherent ‘whole story’ out of often disparate pieces. Participants will have opportunities to apply the strategies discussed to their own situation, so the workshop is ideal for students past the half-way point in candidature.
