Accessing CATS

Students must be enrolled in relevant courses within the Faculty of Engineering, Computer & Mathematical Sciences - general admission is not permitted and access is administered by individual academic departments. 

 

Opening Hours

Ingkarni Wardli (previously known as Innova21) CAT Suites :   24 hours, 7 days a week

Engineering Maths Building CAT Suites : 24 hours, 7 days a week

 

 

After Hours Access

To arrange after hours access to CATS please see the office staff in your school's department (for example, if you are doing Electrical Engineering, see the Office Staff in the Electrical Engineering department). They will complete the form you need to take to Card Services (in University Contact Centre, Level 4 Wills Building) and have your Student Card activated for after hours CATS access.

 

CATS Location

CATS are located on the basement, ground floor and level 2 of Ingkarni Wardli Building (previously known as Innova21), and level 1 of Engineering Maths Building.


Warning!
surveillance

All CAT Suites are under 24-hour video surveillance. Students must co-operate with CATS support staff & security, especially if caught going against the IT usage & rules whilst in the computing suites. Security staff have the right to ask you to prove your entitlement to be in the suite and may eject students who are not engineering students.
