Quotas & Charges

Printing Quotas

  • Students are given $36 of printing credit for each quota period (refer below).
  • Unused University funded quota is not carried forward.
  • Printing will stop when student exceeds their quota, & will not be able to print until  additional self-funded quota is purchased from the University Contact Centre.
  • Self funded quota is transferred to the next semester.
  • You can check your credit limit online.

 

Student Printing Periods

Each year there are two printing periods, and University funded quota is topped up at the start of each period :

  • Printing Period 1 - 1st January to 30th June
  • Printing Period 2 - 1st July to 31st December

Incorrect Printouts
printouts

CATS does not accept financial liabilty for incorrect print outs.

If you see an error, cancel any print job remaining, bring the printout to the CATS Office during day time support hours and we will refund the unprinted amount, subject to a CATS staff member viewing your web account page.

Do not wait to have this done at a later time! CATS staff need to review errors as soon as they occur.
