Participate in a Study 

World-leading researchers at the University of Adelaide and Royal Adelaide Hospital are striving to understand better how gut function affects processes like blood glucose and appetite control.

Members of the public can contribute to this quest by volunteering to participate in a range of research studies. Our research involves healthy adult volunteers of all ages, and people with diabetes, or with cystic fibrosis.

All research has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, and an honorarium is paid in recognition of time spent in the laboratory.

The CCRE is currently looking for volunteers for a number of clinical trials, including: 

• Healthy Volunteers
• People With Type 2 Diabetes
• People With Cystic Fibrosis
