What's my new username?

The recent Identity Management Project has changed staff usernames from the 'fsurna01' format to the new 'a1234567' format. Your new username is comprised of the letter 'a' plus your 7 digit staff ID.

Your staff ID can be found on the front of your university staff card. If you don't have a card, you can use the form below to find out your new username:

Enter your old username, which was the first letter of your first name, 5 letters from your last name, followed by 2 digits (example: fsurna01).
