About Us
Our Centre is located within the sheltered grounds of The University of Adelaide's Roseworthy Campus. There's a welcome absence of traffic. The atmosphere's peaceful and the air clean and fresh.
Our children regularly get to watch and participate in fun campus activities, including:
- Sheep shearing
- Lamb feeding
- Tractor Museum visits
But perhaps best of all, the eager imagination of a child can transform our beautiful setting into their special "bush hideaway"; a magical place where they see kangaroos , Cape Barren Geese - even the odd turtle!

Outstanding staff-to-child ratio
The ratio of children to our friendly, attentive and qualified staff at Roseworthy is better than industry standard and above legislative requirements, allowing a great deal of personal attention for each child.
We also have low staff turnover, so continuity of care is excellent. The staff your child bonds with are likely to be there throughout your child's time with us.
A philosophy of learning through fun and play
At Roseworthy we'll take the time to tailor an individual developmental program for your child built on their strengths, skills and knowledge that ensures all their needs are addressed.
We take a holistic view with our programs that incorporates our natural environment setting, they are designed to be flexible and inclusive of children with additional needs, cultural traditional and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
We'll also regularly assess their progress, keep you fully informed of how they're going, and - with your input - adjust the program as necessary.
SunSmart accredited
At Roseworthy we take sun protection very seriously. As an accredited member of Cancer Counil SA's SunSmart program, we've implemented a comprehensive policy to ensure appropriate sun protection for all children at all times.
Two safe play areas
Our Centre provides ample opportunities for your child to enjoy and benefit from free outdoor play. We have two safe play areas , each with modern adventure equipment and large sand pits.
There's also , real lawn to play on, a natural environment to explore with plants and bushes,a large tree for natural shade t and a dedicated bike track.
Additional parenting resources available
Whether we're desperate for answers or simply looking for new ideas, there are times when all parents could use a little extra information. For this reason we maintain a parent resource library at Roseworthy for all parents' use.
We also make an effort to stay abreast of local service providers offering parenting education courses and can happily provide their details upon request.
