Waite Campus Childrens Centre

Waite Campus Childrens Centre caters for children aged 3 months to school age. Priority is given to all staff and students of the Waite Campus, including employees of University of Adelaide, CSIRO, SARDI, ACPFG, AWRI and other co-located organisations.

The availability of places is often very limited especially after the first quarter of the year. It is essential that you complete an expression of interest as early as possible and maintain regular email contact with the Centre, at least every 3 months.

Waite Campus Childrens Centre is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

Regular permanent bookings are for a minimum of two full days up to full time.

As part of the Commonwealth Governments Universal Access to preschool Waite Campus Childrens Centre offers an integrated preschool program for children in the year before they commence school on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30-4.30 during school terms.

An administration fee is charged on enrolment and annually in March. Families using the Centre can apply for Child Care Benefit and Childcare Tax Rebate through the Family Assistance Office.
