Leave a bequest

A bequest, or a gift left to charity in your Will, is a lasting way that you can contribute to the work of the Children's Research Centre and help us find cures for today's childhood illnesses. Effective treatments are often researched for years before they are realised in the marketplace and can start benefiting children: your bequest will be an ongoing legacy for the wellbeing of future generations.

How to make a bequest

To make a bequest to the Children's Research Centre in your Will, or for assistance in planning and wording your bequest, please contact the Planned Giving Officer for the University of Adelaide, or download the Bequest brochure from the Development and Alumni website.

How your bequest will be used

You can direct your bequest to a specific research activity or study program of your choice, or you may elect to provide discretionary funds which the Children's Research Centre can divert to high priority research needs, such as new technology, laboratory space or research assistance.

You can also make a "Living Bequest" and see the impact of your contribution during your lifetime. All bequests, no matter how large or small, are highly valued by the Children's Research Centre and the University of Adelaide.
