Social Program
An important part of the schedule of events for the AHRC12 is the Social Program that has been organised for delegates. We hope that you will attend the social events during the conference, taking the opportunity to meet and get to know other people working in the field of housing and homelessness.
All social events are included in the full registration fee for delegates and additional tickets to all social events are available on request (ticket numbers are limited).
Lord Mayoral Reception
The Lord Mayoral Recepection will be hosted by The Right Honourable Lord Mayor, Stephen Yarwood in the Queen Adelaide Room of Adelaide Town Hall between 6:00 and 7:00pm on Wednesday 8 February.
This cocktail style reception provides the conference participants the opportunity to become acquainted over drinks.
Please indicate your intention to attend this event on the registration form.
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday February 9 in Henry's Brassiere at the stately Ayers House. This beautiful setting is a National Trust listed property on North Terrace, Adelaide's main boulevard. We invite you to enjoy a three-course meal with beverages included while you network with your colleagues and peers.
The Housing Minister's Award for Early Career Researchers (sponsored by AHURI Limited) will be presented at the Conference Dinner and delegates will enjoy a short program of presentations during the course of the evening.
