Instructions for Presenters

English is the official language of the conference.

A hardbound copy of the proceedings, published by A.A. Balkema, will be available at registration.

Presenters are requested to complete a Presenter's Biography form for use by session chairs. Please complete one for each presentation and return by 30 November 2004.

Guidance for the preparation of presentations are available on the Presenter's Instructions form.
