Conference Program
 CICE
2004 will begin with a welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday 7 December
2004 for delegates and accompanying persons.
The three-day technical program commencing
on Wednesday 8 December 2004 will consist of nine keynote lectures, invited sessions
and oral presentations of peer-reviewed papers. Selected papers presented at the
conference, after suitable extension, will be considered for publication in special
issues of: Construction and Building Materials; Proceedings of the Institution
of Civil Engineers - Buildings and Structures; and Advances in Structural Engineering.
Various meetings of the IIFC will also be held at the conference.
The conference dinner will be on the evening of Friday 10 December 2004 following
the conclusion of the technical program. A conference tour of the Barossa Valley
Wine Region of South Australia for all delegates and accompanying persons is planned
for Saturday 11 December 2004. Cost of the tour is included in the delegate full
registration fee and the accompanying person registration fee.
