Aim & Scope
The aim of CICE 2004 is to provide an international forum for all
concerned with the application of FRP composites in civil engineering
to exchange recent advances in both research and practice.
Papers on all aspects of the application of FRP composites in civil
engineering will be considered for presentation at the conference
including, but not limited to:
