Dear Colleague,

As the conference chairman, I am pleased to announce that the 2nd International Conference on FRP Composites in Civil Engineering, CICE 2004, will be held at The University of Adelaide on 8 - 10 December 2004. Furthermore, the CICE conference series has become the official conference of the International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC) and I am honoured that CICE 2004 is the inaugural conference of the IIFC.

The conference venue is on the North Terrace campus of The University of Adelaide in the heart of Adelaide's central business district. The technical program will include keynote lectures, invited sessions and presentations of peer-reviewed papers. A social program for delegates and accompanying persons will also be organised.
