Welcome to ECLIPS, the Expert Computerised Learning system on Intellectual Property Strategy. ECLIPS is currently in a preliminary phase. It is still highly incomplete. It is presently posted in order to demonstrate its potential to prospective collaborators and funders. Please excuse us if you find dead-ends and problematic links, we expect these will be fixed as the project develops We hope that ECLIPS will become a useful expert system for professionals and academics – of various disciplines – interested in IP strategy. Why ECLIPS? There exists a wealth of insights on IP strategy in the professional and academic literature as well as in experts’ minds. However, these insights are fragmented among many sources. We propose to integrate many of these disparate yet valuable insights into a single user-friendly system. Can ECLIPS be useful for you? Our purpose is to make ECLIPS useful to two broad groups of users: IP professionals as well as academics (be they economists, management scholars, or legal scholars) with an interest in IP strategy. Whatever your expertise, ECLIPS aims to complement it with insights and references from other areas of expertise. ECLIPS provides tools for analysis and decision-making in IP strategy. Invitation We invite you to have a look at ECLIPS. A good place to start is the Questions & Problems Master Page. The ECLIPS team Acknowledgement This page was written by Eran Binenbaum |
