Justin graduated with a PhD from the University of Adelaide.  He has been a researcher with the CRC for Water Quality and Treatment for eight years where he is currently in the role of Reservoir Specialist. 

Justin is an Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide and has supervised 10 higher dgeree students in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering. In 2003 he was the Recipient of the Inaugural Early Career Excellence Award from the Australian Society for Limnology, The Guy Parker Award for best paper published in Water and won the AWA SA Branch prize for field investigation and research. 

Justin is currently project leader on a study in the Murray River estuary and within the CRC Reservoir Program.  He has won more than $4 million in competitive grants and has published more than 50 refereed papers and book chapters.
