Chemistry

The most important maths topic for Chemistry is logarithms, which is needed for understanding pH measurements.

If you are only preparing for Chemistry, then there is no need to revise all of Algebra and Powers before looking at Logarithms. It is enough to cover:

  • the first section of Algebra on Pronumerals,
  • the first two sections of Powers on Index Notation and Calculating Powers, and
  • the first two sections of Logarithms.
