MathsMate

MathsMate is an evolving collection of resources containing

• interactive materials that refresh assumed knowledge in courses
• downloadable notes that expand upon segments of courses
• useful web sites, applets, plugins, software, etc

There are two versions of MathsMate available. One is for modern browsers and the other for older browsers.

The new version relies on JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and unicode fonts in order to typeset mathematics. Most modern browsers understand these technologies (see requirements below), but you have to be sure that you have these features enabled. If you don't think your browser is processing the site and links properly, check your browser preferences to be sure that JavaScript, Style Sheets, and font changes are all enabled.

Development work has now stopped on the older version.

Older browsers

The older site works best with JavaScript 1.1 enablement (ie Version 3 browsers or later). Earlier model browsers such as Netscape 2 can be used but will not be able to access individual answers in parts of MathsBridge. However they will be able to access the full set of answers at the end of each section (All Answers)
