Catering options for private and Departmental functions

The University of Adelaide Club offers excellent facilities for business and social functions.
We can cater for most occasions in the various areas of the Club, ranging from meetings to cocktail parties and full-scale dinners.

Here are some of the catering options that are available - our staff will be pleased to discuss your particular requirements.

These menus are a guide to the styles of service and catering options the Club is able to offer you. We are always happy to discuss modifications to any of the menu options to suit your individual requirements.

The Club is a completely non-smoking area.

The beverage packages may be utilised with any of the menu formats

DR1: Carafes of red and white wine, beer, orange juice, champagne and mineral water

  • 1 hour -- $12.50

DR2: Pre-dinner drinks, including orange juice and mineral water, bottled table wines and champagne

General conditions

 

  • All prices are per person (and include GST) for functions held Monday to Friday

  • A service fee of $200 (negotiable) applies to weekend functions

  • A minimum of 50 persons is required for weekend bookings

  • An accurate estimation of the number of people attending a function must be advised to the Club at least 7 days in advance of the date of the function

  • The Club must be notified of firm and final numbers at least 48 hours in advance

  • Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you require vegetarian meals or if you have any other special dietary requirements

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Wheelchair access

There are no steps leading to the Terrace Lounge or the garden area.
Access to the first floor dining rooms is by way of a passenger lift accessed from outside (at the rear of) the Club building.
