The Project Industry Placements program offer a structured workplace experience for University of Adelaide undergraduate students with an industry under a collaborative sponsored agreement to carry out a project while studying. The sponsorship agreement covers a period of 6 weeks to 9 months and links industry with the University through the activities of the student.
The program has a dual mission, to enhance student skills through relevant real-world projects in research and development and to profit industry by a partnership in training, expertise transfer, innovation and development.
The company will retain commercial rights for the results of the
project unless other agreements are specifically made. Confidentiality
agreements will be signed when appropriate.
