Responsibilities of Industries

To identify a suitable project and nominate a supervisor who will be the contact for the student and University staff.

The process requires this nominee to:

Assist with and approve a project task description suitable for use in identifying potential graduate
Take part in the selection of the graduate
Provide supervision and guidance for the student as required
Provide materials, tooling, equipment, etc as required to fulfil the requirements of the project
Take part in periodic review and progress meetings as considered appropriate
Arrange for payments on invoice in accordance with the agreement

The Student will:

Prepare project documentation based on the Client Requirement for approval by the client and academic supervisor
Complete the project activities as directed by the client supervisor and academic supervisor
