WRED Enterprise Awards

School Enterprise Education Award
Applications for the award are invited from all Western Suburbs primary and secondary schools/colleges who have introduced an enterprise program to their curriculum.

In applying for the award, schools/colleges are asked to complete a submission form that provides details of the following:

  • Their demonstrated commitment to an ongoing program of enterprise education.
  • The way in which the purpose and relevance of the program has been clearly expressed to students.
  • Possible involvement with the community.
  • Indicators that the program is recognising and fostering the ability of its students to generate, identify and take up opportunities.
  • Indicators that the program is encouraging and enabling its students to acquire new knowledge and skills.

While not essential, enterprise programs may contain an environmental sustainability element which would ideally fit with this year’s theme of WRED goes GREEN
