WRED FAQ’s

1. What will students be doing on the day?

   Students will be listening and interacting with young inspiring entrepreneurs and participating in activities to learn about the basics to creating and running a business. Please see our sections for Primary and Secondary Students for further information.

2. Who can attend?

   The day is targeted Primary School Students in Years 6-7 and Secondary School Students Year 9-10. WRED will also be worthwhile for those students who have an interest in business studies or those who are keen to explore the benefits of developing entrepreneurial attitudes and approaches to their career prospects and future choices.

3. How much does it cost?

   The event is free; however schools will need to arrange transport.

4. Where is the event being held?

   The event is being held at the University of Adelaide’s, North Terrace Campus in the newly renovated Napier Building.  For directions please contact our office or visit the University of Adelaide's Campus and Maps Website.

5. What time does the event start and finish?

   You will need to arrive at the campus by 9.30am for registration.  The event will conclude at approximately 2.45pm.

6. What do I need to bring?

   All materials will be supplied on the day including MORNING TEA and LUNCH for all participants.  If you have special dietary requirements please contact Kerry James on 8303 3354.

7. How many students per school are able to attend?

   There is a limit of 15 students per school.  If you have more than 15 students please contact Kerry James on 8303 3354 as we might be able to accommodate more depending on other interested schools.

8. How do I register?

   Have your teacher complete a Registration Form and return to our office.

9. Where do we park?

   Permit parking is available in the Torrens Parade Ground (corner of King William Street and Victoria Drive), please contact Kerry James on 8303 3354 or email kerry.james@adelaide.edu.au for a permit.
