Instructions for Office 2000 to download files for Part VA and Part VB.

1. Click & hold the right hand side mouse button down on jpeg/gif file you wish to insert in your document.
2. Choose "Save Link As...."
3. Select the directory you wish to save the file to.
4. Save the file to the nominated directory.
5. Open or create a new Word or Excel document.
6. Choose "Insert" menu and then "Picture from File" from insert menu.
7. Select jpeg/gif file from where you previously saved the file on your directory and double-click to insert into the document.
8. You may need to move to suit.
