University Grievance Resolution Process
On 29 October 2009, the Vice-Chancellor and President revoked the Student Complaints Policy and the Fair Treatment Procedures for Students, and approved the new Student Grievance Resolution Process. This was in response to the need to make the grievance process for students easier to understand and follow. The process explains the stages that need to be followed in order to resolve a grievance concerning an academic decision, administrative decision, or unfair treatment that has occurred at the University.
