Course Description Plain Old Telephone System; Cellular systems, including GSM and IS-95 CDMA; Principles of IP - datagram networks and routing; Principles of ATM; QoS on IP; Audio and Voice coding; Voice over IP; GPRS and ADSL - hybrid voice/data network principles, Satellite applications: voice telephony and navigation (GPS).
