| Course Description | This course introduces the knowledge and skills needed to complete the GDLP and become a competent legal practitioner. Skills developed on this course will be developed further throughout the GDLP. Therefore this course is a prerequisite to completing other GDLP courses. Topics include but are not limited to: -Legal writing and drafting -Interviewing and advising -Negotiation -Alternative Dispute Resolution -Advocacy -Taxation The course is offered in partnership with South Australian practitioners, courts and agencies. |
