| Course Description | The course aims is to provide a sufficient understanding of property law to enable you to provide basic advice to a client and to conduct standard property transactions such as, but not limited to, the sale and purchase of land, contract preparation, conveyancing, mortgages and leases. This course is delivered in partnership with South Australian practitioners and agencies. |
