| Course Description | The course aims to provide students with an overview of planning and environmental legislation in South Australia, the jurisdiction of the Environment, Resources and Development Court and the roles of the Environment Protection Authority and planning authorities. By the time students have completed this unit they should be able to advise clients on the relevant law and the commercial implications of a proposed development or activity The course is offered in partnership with South Australian practitioners and agencies. |
