| Course Description | The course focuses upon the nature of globalisation and its impact in law, especially the law governing work. Students will consider the role of the ILO and the intersection of international trade law and labour regulation. In this context, students will examine the role of human rights and the development of corporate codes of conduct regarding labour matters. Students will also consider themes underpinning debate concerning the scope and application of labour regulation and the new forms of regulation governing work. |
