| Course Description | This course will examine the law governing international transactions including: contracts for4 the sale of goods, transport, payment and insurance. In addition, the course will review the legal vehicles available to facilitate international transactions including distribution, agency, licensing, franchising and transfer of technology. Dispute resolution methods applicable to international transactions will be examined. Choice of Law and the recognition of Foreign Awards and Judgments will also be considered. |
