| Course Description | This course will enable students to acquire the necessary skills in clinical examination and associated techniques in a variety of species. Students will learn knowledge of veterinary practice management and the legal and ethical responsibilities of the veterinarian. The course will build upon previously developed communication skills, moving onto the medical focus of the consultation especially with regard to explanation and planning of health care. Students must pass this course to be able to undertake the Extra Mural Studies component required within the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. |
