| Course Description | The course provides students with the opportunity to learn and apply the principles of evaluating case history, clinical presentations, diagnosis, and treatment or management of medical and surgical conditions encountered in equine practice. This course will focus on those conditions where the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurologic, or ophthalmologic systems are affected. Students will also be introduced to the application of clinical pharmacology, anaesthesia and fluid therapy to equine clinical cases. |
