- Program Outline
At the heart of world politics today are new challenges. The graduate programs in International Studies provide an opportunity to explore the character of the contemporary world and gain an advanced understanding of the key issues and debates in international politics since 1945. The program boasts a group of leading academics and researchers who specialise in a wide range of areas of teaching and research, including:
- Strategic and Security Studies
- Contemporary International Thought
- Gender Perspectives in International Relations
- International Political Economy
- Issues of Equality and Inequality in the International Sphere
- Power and Culture
- Asian Studies and European Studies
- Program Structure
All courses are taught via seminars. Masters students take two core and two elective courses, and undertake a dissertation.
- Assessment
Essays and seminar presentations. Masters students must complete a research project in an area of interest, and present a dissertation on their work.
